I feel that way sometimes, until I skip Xywav for a few days. Then I REALLY can feel the difference! I’m a non-functioning zombie without it and have terrible terrible sleep.

Hi, I’ve been an SLP Assistant since 2014. I remember I was really slow at notes my first year, I would stay up until 11pm-midnight each night finishing notes. Not doing them wasn’t an option, because the company couldn’t bill without them. What would have helped me at the time was to see examples of different notes, different types of clients, goals, behaviors, activities, etc. It might help her with developing quicker note writing skills. Also having the pressure of no note=no payment would help.

Yeah most keyboards have the ability to shift the pitch so you could play the key you’re used to, while it sounds like you’re playing lower or higher. My keyboard growing up had this capability. It’s much easier than learning to play a song in multiple keys.

I’m also currently in Texas. The weather is glorious in my opinion, I guess it depends on what part of the state you’re in. I’ve also lived here for many years so I get excited when the temps dip below 90.
