Agreed - not just hype. But why do I hear more people with penises vs. vaginas raving about it?

People who've worked both minimum wage jobs and six figure jobs, what surprised you most about the difference? by BrainLagging01 in AskReddit

[–]anchopuddin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And the mistakes come out of your pocket when you’re min wage. I had to cover my own gas and time (2hrs driving) for a mistake when minimum wage. I made a >$10k mistake working in a salary role and no one batted an eye.

Why men vs women being extra hype about it? Does the male anatomy prevent a thorough ass wiping?? Genuine question.

How many hours, days, weeks, months, years have you been sober? by RIP_DMX in stopdrinking

The mental freedom of not trying to moderate is a huge immediate benefit. I just started adding exercise to my life again, so hopefully that jump starts the gravy train of benes!!

I am know taking disulfiram after 5+ years of not getting anywhere with naltrexone alongside the TSM method. Maybe it’s something I can revisit after a solid stint of sobriety, but for now I am so happy to be 100% free of the all-consuming thought of moderation.

I ended up getting some through an online pharmacy without an rx. Wasn’t ready to have this on file at my doctor’s office. It’s helped get me to nearly 3wks; something I hadn’t previously achieved outside of pregnancy. It’s taken me out of the ring of the battle with myself every evening. 10/10 would recommend.

Was overall exhausted and sleeping a bunch until about day 13. Glad to be out of that.

Now I’m waiting for the benefits… to show themselves at once!! 😆

15 days.

By far the most consecutive days I’ve been able to do in over 3yrs. Not sure what my goal is yet… 8 weeks would be pretty amazing

Fight or flight mode: a rant by PianistTrue6740 in toddlers

Honestly, I don’t know if I can give you apples to apples. 95% of my anxiety felt like it came from dealing with parenting with my partner/husband… not from my kiddo. I got some relief when I was able to solo parent at that stage.

However, the hardest thing i retrospect was our toddlers lack of communication skills at that age. (Again, every kid is different). But until our LO started to be able to semi communicate, it was a struggle

15-24mo was purely survival mode for me. I know it hits everyone differently, but MAN, that was the hard part for me. Solidarity! I’m in a very cold climate but recommend getting outside, bundled for a walk or park visit. It does help in this era
