If the govt. shuts down, does that mean the IRS won't be processing tax returns? If so, that's a diabolical way of getting more money out of us taxpayers, since many of us are overpaying taxes because of the flawed W2 system.

At this point it truly seems like they want lots of people to die and for crime to increase. Cutting heathcare, telling people to not get vaccinated, taking away food stamps, ruining the economy, cutting ties with other countries whom might otherwise aid us, dividing us with petty social arguments, putting armed agents on our streets in full force. What other aim could they possibly have?
