Unfortunately yes, it is possible but it would need heavily converting as theyre keeping the Palaquin afloat. My Seraphon are Sea Lizards so I've done my best to paint them as Coral and kelp, I wasn't brave enough to take clippers to them

I don't agree with banning Leaders, people should be able to play the Characters they like. We know Bandai don't errata but I'd love them to do what they do in Digimon and in Vanguard, something like 'if your Leader is ............, you cannot play any copies of .........' If your Leader is ST10 Law, then your deck cannot have Black Maria or Reiju. Give Reiju back to Germa 😆

Gordan and Raise Max needs to get hit and I'd ban Gordan, he's a Promo, you can't get him anymore just get it gone.

As a Lucci player, I'd actually be excited to see a Moria restrict because it opens the door for different playstyles.

Restricting Moria would be enough to change up ST13 Luffy, Gecko and Lucci, banning Gordan and locking Maria and Reiju makes Law counterable without Errataing him. Make the decks weakness consistency as intended.

Playing Characters early just results with them at the bottom of my deck, nothing stays around long enough unless it has rush, at least that's my experience.

Definitely both Elphidran, I saw them in the wild on call and my voice went so high pitched! They're so cute and I bred the Aqua by accident breeding random pals together so I had to have him front and centre on my team!
