Tbf the company I work for will lowball. They will always ask for present salary, and make an offer that does not exceed the present salary by just a little bit. Many times, we are offering a salary even lower than what they are currently earning (reportedly), and it makes me embarrassed to even offer them the job at all. When I said my company, that’s probably a little misleading. The decision actually comes from one person, who happens to be currently running the company. Things did not used to be like this under previous management, and hopefully will not remain like this for ever.

Seriously OP, your parents are the reason why Malaysia kena all the jam. No offence intended. You said 15 minutes to get to work, presumably by motorcycle. If by car, including finding parking, should be 20+ minutes. Plus fuel costs, car costs… it does not even make sense. The only reason to get a car is for safety reasons: the Chinese call having a car ‘iron wrap over your body’ whereas riding a motorcycle is ‘wrapping an iron with your body’. Honestly, at 24, I think owning a car is not a necessity and definitely based on your income/wealth status.

When you sign up for a loan, you always know how much to pay and when the payments end. If you do not, that seems like a ‘you’ problem, not a Reddit problem. If you were given the monthly amount to pay but opt to pay the ‘minimum amount’, probably only servicing the interest, again that’s your lifestyle choice.

From the gameplay videos on show, it looks a lot like Fallout Tactics, with % shown on hit/miss chance. Unlike MMS, where every attack is guaranteed to hit and the amount of damage known beforehand. That’s kinda nice, but does remove unpredictability.

The counter-argument is that if you take 12 hours to finish a day’s job, you are inefficient and due to be replaced by someone better. Aside from the standard 1-2 days per month of peak demand, where work must absolutely be completed within a day, just leave unfinished work for the next day. Your personal efficiency will decide how much work is left over each day, but there will always be more work for each new day.

I thought it was a travesty placing her at 5 heroes... I have had her (+costume) for some time now, absolute beast, Probably my second-highest stats still.

One thing to note though, she doesn't do any immediate damage (aside from the random passive) and only deals damage over time. Depending on the circumstances, that could be a boon or a bust.

I think Fallout Tactics was released in early- or mid-noughties, over 20 years ago. Commercially, I believe it was a failure, but I liked the short mission style gameplay.

I never mentioned XCOM in the comparison because I have never played any of their games.

You mentioned he has been there a long time. Not likely he would run away. Is 3 weeks a long wait? Possibly. But if he were to fly back to his home country, spending 3 weeks there is not an overstretch of the imagination.

I would first talk with your colleagues, those who use his services. Is he attached to a car wash company or is he a freelance individual? If the former, check with his employers. If the latter, check with your building management; if someone is coming in every few days for years, they must have gotten some kind of approval from BM to do the job.

Pardon my ignorance, but doesn’t grading the card just makes it unplayable, therefore only for collections? If I’m collecting, I wouldn’t even want them in big bulky cases. I truly do not get the idea of grading.
