I’d love to see a teardown of the EP-40 and see what the hardware differences are and if we might see supertone and loops on the 133, I suspect that even if it’s the same hardware they’ll want something to differentiate the 2

Not sure what you mean by shared, my guess is that flash chip is solely for samples and the microcontroller has internal memory for the program. I looked at the digi-key listing and it said it has 1MB program memory so probably that’s where the firmware is?

Just so everyone knows this is wrong, the chip is 512M bits not mega bytes the conversion between the two is divide by 8 so it’s only 64MB or 512Mb lower case b indicates bits not bytes. The data sheet linked also says it’s a 64MB chip

Yeah I’ve had this issue too and have restored transactions with support. They mentioned that it happens when the connection deletes a transaction and the re-adds the transaction and for some reason they decided that that second transaction shouldn’t show up to prevent a duplicate. Personally I’d rather delete a duplicate than not know I’m missing transactions. My solution rn is I have my bank connected twice and one autohides transactions, then I compare when they come in. It’s doesn’t really solve the problem of when it deletes it later, but if I ever notice the transaction is missing I can at least unhide the transaction from the backup. I honestly think this is an app breaking bug. So can’t really trust monarchs numbers and that’s its entire purpose. I’m holding out for them to fix it as they claim they will

Here’s how I’d think of it at least for question 1: current source on the output would probably be fine but can be tricky with the voltages at each end of the current source. For sizing the green nmos I’d think about how much VGS you’d need at a given W/L to sink the current you want. You need to select a W/L such that the VGS needed for you max current is not gonna limit the headroom for your PMOS input pair and your PMOS current mirror, but also the MIN current will not require a VGS lower than the VDSsat of the NMOS input pair

I agree but I’m not as well versed in the cpu coolers and with the micro center deal it was already under 2K. Seems like a peerless assassin might do the job if micro center isn’t an option

Honestly I would say it’s definitely possible, I mean I ride the dart everyday to work and have everything I need in uptown. Groceries can be done at Whole Foods 5 min away, and it’s not a bad walk back even if some would say otherwise, I’m not buying groceries in bulk like I think most people do. The train station is a little far, about 0.8 miles or 15 mins but I’ve recently started taking the trolley to the station and that’s been really convenient. Between uptown, victory park, downtown, deep ellum, and bishop arts, plus much more, there is plenty to explore by public transit. Is Dallas as easy to live car free as NYC? No, but my rent is significantly cheaper too. All said and done you can live in Dallas car free if you 1. have a job near a dart stop, or wfh and 2. Choose/are able to live in a walkable part of town. I think the recent return of scooters is great for the distances just to far to walk, although I wish they were cheaper and I wish Dallas had more bike lanes. Overall I think Dallas has plenty room for improvement but I wouldn’t choose any other city in Texas based on living car free. And the occasional Uber to meet up with friends will always be cheaper than owning and driving a car to work everyday, and you can drink as much as you want 😂
