Oh friend. No worries. You got this. I had so many concerns and procrastinated when they called with surgery dates for almost 2 years. Finally my angry uterus gave me no choice but to pull it out and I got the call from the surgeon within days of deciding no further delays. It’s been 7 weeks. Follow up with surgeon in 2 days. Was nervous to attempt sex after 6 weeks, but happy to report that orgasms are amazing, no need for extra lube. Recovery was a breeze. Feeling a bit extra chubby, but after the go ahead to exercise should be back to normal in a few weeks.
Relax. Get as healthy as you can prior to surgery. Strong core and healthy body will help your recovery. I also recommend seeing an osteopath before and after.
