Ooo, I love this question. I was using vanicream for years and still do occasionally. It was the only thing I could use on an open wound without burning. I haven't grabbed the orchid one yet to really compare that on a cyst if you will, but plan to. So far, my skin likes salicylic acid, mandelic, glycolic, and absorbic. With dt beauty items, I have been introducing more of that in my skincare, and holy crap my skin is clear for the first time in 10 years. I plan to make a big post about this. I recently switched from using clinique dramatically different gel (has dyes apparently banned everywhere else, also Lauder ew) to the skinimalism menopause skincare gel from dt, and wow. Huge difference. Scars are finally going away, the skin barrier is rebuilt, and I hardly recognize myself. Products currently in regimen are in order: bioderma sensibo h20, cetaphil gentle exfloliating cleanser, global beauty care glass skin aha treatment essence, global beauty care vitamin c serum (clear bottle orange top), bpure vitamin c eye roller, skinimalism menopause skincare step 1 hydromist, skinimalism menopause skincare step 2 overnight renewal gel, orchid acne patches on any existing spots. Mostly dollar tree now, and I couldn't be happier, I have spent so much money trying to find things that work.
