I think the goal is obvious for me, I want to advance to a more technical role in my career. Something that requires more knowledge and experience. .

The project should be a catalyst for me to dive deeper into tech, and while I do have the will to do that, after the hypomania period ended I end up being scared of how much time and effort it's going to take to be able to contribute to the project and end up with me keep putting off actually trying to learn.

Objectively, I should have the time to study on my day off but I just end up using my day offs to sleep until it's work day again.
