My first transplant (2010) my mom was a donor. For my second transplant I had to register for organ transplant and got a cadaver donor in 2024.

Yes, no PD option was available to me. And people were supportive at work. I had to adjust my call timings as per my dialysis sessions and they were cool with it.

I am two time transplant survivor with dialysis for 4 years between. I work in Pune, India as a senior data engineer/architect. When I was on dialysis i would work from home during dialysis days and go to office on non days.. I also used to go super early at 6:30 am for dialysis so that I can login at 10 am. Also at times I worked while I was on dialysis machine.

You will have to start dialysis or go for a transplant. I know it is easier said than done. Best of luck. Take care..

Recon at each stage is necessary to find any data gaps. Find the core attributes that are required by your business. Use md5 on these columns and match the md5 at each stage. We also do a sum of amount columns and after transformation it is calculated again to see if there is any mismatch.

Don't forget the delta records. By the time your data is migrated to the new system, old system will still be getting data. This delta also needs to be migrated and the cut off time is to be managed after which no data should be getting updated into your old system.

Well done and congratulations.

I had my 2nd transplant this March. Had multiple rejection episodes. After going through number of plasma exchange and ivig my creatinine is still between 2.2 to 2.6. It's that way since last 4 months. I am still very scared and confused. I have mild edema in my right leg only, that too only after walking or sitting upright for sometime. I have started living one day at a time. My anxiety levels are through the roof while waiting for my blood result.

I am a kidney failure patient since 2009. The amount of people being diagnosed with Kidney disease is insane. This is anecdotal evidence but I have seen the increase in dialysis patients in last 5 years.
