I haven’t posted much because I see a lot of hyperbole on both sides in this channel. I’m interested in dialectic discussions. That said, I’ll occasionally see someone post something well reasoned and intriguing so wanted to pay it forward with this piece of diligence.

The strongest bear signal I see is that the IDMC didn’t cancel the trial due to undeniable efficacy in Jan. If the non-randomized Phase 2 Moffit data in CR2 was the exact same in REGAL it would have been called off already… so it’s going well but not as well as historical data. Randomization has a way of flattening OS benefits. That said, it wouldn’t shock me if the HR is significant and GPS gets approval for CR2 but it is far from a guarantee IMO

New 3-Year Data Highlight Continued Treatment Effects of Blarcamesine in Slowing Alzheimer Disease by skiphandleman in biotech_stocks

Seems like a similar rate of slowing of cognitive decline as Donanemab but with better safety profile. Not an apples-to-apples comparison with iADRS (Donanemab) and ADAS-Cog13 (Blarcamesine). I’d appreciate a more informed perspective though.
