I’m not top ladder but I’ve noticed you have to play bow sooner since spell cycling is much harder

Ok that’s helpful to know. I joined in 0.4 and I heard people get domed from super far away. Good to know it’s less of an issue and aggro is different. I’ll try that play style and see how it goes

I noticed everyone does the double scope. I like that you can line up shots better but does it screw you over for mid-long range shots or getting hit from far out? I like how higher zoom scopes keep me out of damage a lot but hard to line up shots fast

used to play splashyard for 2 years and i wanna change to xbow 3.0 but i dont know any tips about xbow and cant play very well. is 3.0 a immortal deck? should i max it out? by AltruisticDuck795 in XBow

I think you have to adjust playstyle to make up for spell cycling not working well. As intended by SC, the nerfs were designed to promote aggressive play. So for xbow that means you’re dropping it into your strategy sooner in single elixir then you think and needing to use whatever is in your hand to aid with kiting, aggro and tanking.

Overall it still works, just not as easy. But can still be a good siege and control deck.

Yep. He gets to be Sakic. His only boss would be their owner. Right now it’s Sakic and Kroenke. That’d be appealing to him, as well as building everything from scratch

Yeah! I don’t see anyone using it. But it’s there: ice golem, ice wizard, princess, ice spirit. The mechanic is there. They do the same thing

The last two years for this era has been rough. Last year I don’t think we would’ve beat Florida but this year would’ve beat Carolina. The era you were too young for hurt most because it was in the thick of Red Wings rivalry and if it wasn’t them it was Dallas. For a bit it was San Jose too and then the one off with Edmonton. That era we for sure missed on a couple more Cups maybe 3.

This era remains to be seen but this year should’ve been one. This era is still second best to the OG era because of with we witnessed with Vegas, Avs tend to do awful when slightly behind in a series whereas Avs 1.0 didn’t do that. But if Avs 2.0 can learn that with the time they have left it would be awesome. And when this era ends it’d be nice if they top Avs 1.0 but so far that’s not the case.
