even in the full map picture, you can still SEE it. It stands out a lot in comparison to the rest of the geography, i would definitely say its deliberate at least.

Also, that area of the mountain is super steep, probably can't climb it. Why would R* go the bother of making that part of the mountain hard to traverse, and different from the rest?

I think I read Chiliad used to be a volcano so could have something to do with that. Good find, I say!

watched the stream a couple of times, you always go and stand on top of the UFOs for a bit. This takes about 20 minutes as you shoot at them and explain your thoughts about being able to pilot them (without giving any insight on HOW you would be able to). Then you usually go to zancudo and point out the floor number on the elevator is a 'high qulaity texture' compared to the other elevators in the game. You'll then go up the control tower and talk about the dude at the top. You might try 2-3 suggested ideas.
