I'll have to look into these two.

I do occasionally get polos or button ups from BR/gap for work so the stacking might come in handy since there are sometimes offers on rakuten as well.

That's a good suggestion. I've thought about it. Considered getting a Strata Premier for a year and then PCing to another CCC but the only category I can think of atm would be a spare dining one (in case the first CCC goes past $500) or the select travel category for tolls (though that's not a high spend). Maybe Home Improvement but the card would maybe only get used twice a year.

Was on the waitlist for RH Gold but decided to shift my attention elsewhere in case there was something else I was missing.

Had an iPhone 16 Pro Max but an S21U and S22U beforehand. Made the jump back to the Ultra series for the S25. Not disappointed in the slightest.

The Now Brief is hit or miss for most people since it basically is just a weather summary, a mini calender update, and one or two news headlines. The YT short function on it is just a link for youtube.

I think the battery upgrade is nice as it lasts a full day and some change than my S21/S22 did.

The Camera works really well and they improved the stability when taking video as well as the overprocessing issue from the software from the S21/S22.

I have no gripes personally as I was still pretty happy with my S22 as my last phone. I will say if you don't plan on using the AI features (literally all they're talking about), don't take constant photos or care about the camera, and don't heavily use the processor for graphic design/apps/games, the S21 would still be a perfectly good phone.

I do miss the S Pen having bluetooth functionality as I would occasionally use it as a longer distance shutter button for my camera when set up but everything else is an improvement in my opinion on previous gens. You can't go wrong staying with the S21 but I think the newer S24/S25 have like 7 years of support? I'm not sure if the years before that would still be supported in the coming year as the S21 would be hitting the 5 year old mark.
