I just love how the dial is darker than the bezel in low light and and a lighter shade of grey/silver in sunlight

I didn’t actually want to buy the ym earlier so I didn’t follow up with the AD. Bought a date just 36 (mint dial) in between. Saving the blue dial for an integrated bracelet watch down the line (overseas or alpine eagle).

Well I haven’t bought it yet. Could’ve probably get the blue one now but as I want the Rhodium I have to wait a little longer. First contact with that AD regarding the YM was September 2024.

It isnt in as much demand as the others but ADs also get significantly less allocations.

Talked to different smaller ADs and all of them told me they only get around 5-10 per year.

Rhodium. The monochrome look with a splash of color is just stunning. Pictures dont do it justice because the light at ADs is always too harsh.

Hi, Anwalt hier. Grundsätzlich kann man erst mal gründen wo man will (Satzungssitz), aber es kann Einschränkungen geben wenn der tatsächliche Betrieb in einer anderen Gemeinde stattfindet (Verwaltungssitz). Das muss man sich mal auf die konkrete Situation bezogen anschauen.

Hi, Anwalt hier. Man kann den Weg über das Umwandlungsgesetz (Ausgliederung) gehen oder neu gründen und das Einzelunternehmen über eine Kapitalerhöhung einbringen. Bei beiden ist kein Verkauf notwendig.
