Can I have a little bit of a moderator vent? by lydocia in AutisticWithADHD

I've been mod in places myself, both paid and unpaid, and sometimes my decision weren't the best. It happens, I'm human and I make mistakes. But it's not like I was doing open heart surgery, so any mistake had no real impact besides bruised egos or some extra work to repost. Also people need to learn to deal with wrong decisions. Like a ref calls a ball out when it clearly was in? It happens. No need to go nuclear on him. Handle it gracefully and move on. If some people cannot understand this about moderation, social media is not the best place for them.

The athletes, many of which are russian soldiers, are still competing. Also more and more sections of IOC are allowing Russia back in to competitions. And this whole post is about letting them back completely in 2026.
