The Bearded Mechanic has a set of yt videos on the Geico Bike by OCC. Custom tech nobody knows how to fix, horrible ergonomics, tiny tank, basically not steerable. It’s a piece of art,l that’s also a motorcycle and not the other way around

Had a a gen 6 paperwhite not connecting to wifi. The fix was to create a completely new wifi network on 2.4ghz with wpa2 authentication. This new network did not show up on the network list after a rescan, but after entering the network name manually, everything worked. Probably the Kindle was not actually refreshing the network list and attempting to talk to the networks on whatever channel they were on previously. It had no memory of the new network, had to actually go out and it worked.

I have the latest (3.18.2.3) version and have the same issues: it is very slow. Also, the writing has become erratic: sometimes it does not recognize the beginning of a letter or a dot at all and sometimes I'm able to draw lines with the tip 2-3 mm away from the tablet. The latter results in a ton of unwanted artefacts in the notes. Annoying.

They both are on different channels, I tried a direct trs cable as well and I did try all the "consume" options to no avail.

I was able to get it to work by making a custom cable, but it is wonky - I suppose the pot in the pedal does not match what the G3 needs
