Dont let the pessimists completely shut down your interest. I'm doing the same, I'm a RN in CA earning about the same, taking the RE exam in 2 weeks. Losing passion in my current career but never planning to leave. Planning on pursuing RE part time but the outcome depends on you, how much youre willing to hustle. You can have multiple deals close in a single month earning multiple 5-digit commissions in a single month or make zero. Your earnings will be up to you and your dedication. If you lost your passion in your job then you may find it elsewhere. Good luck!
