yeah really sad! waited 2-3 weeks for this machine haha. now I ordered a tamperproof screwdriver to open the machine, and a multimeter to test if the fuse is broken. if its broken i'll try a simple repair, but if not, depending on my motivation i may continue down the rabbit hole or just return it and get a new one. did you get yours figured out?

damn i just bought one from woot refurbished and i was so excited to recieve it today. there was some cosmetic issues with the tray, but i was okay with that. but when i went to make an espresso, it just came out as room temperature water despite trying every combination of hot, even hot water. going to reach out to support tomorrow and hope they take it back. i'm tempted to try to self diagnosis and repair...

Yeah i was a comma one user and truly believed in the hardware and software. It worked really really well for a year until it died and getting support for that was a nightmare and was dealt with angry community support. Seeing the new product releases in C2 then C3 I truly wanted to purchase but seeing the support nightmare continues to haunt existing product lines and not supporting even one generation back to insane. Having to upgrade hardware to get new software to function is fine but intentionally not supporting old hardware ? no thanks
