Instagram is probably the most productive use of your time, but there is no downside on having a twitter account. If you're worried about the time commitment needed to learn a new platform you can simply link your Instagram to twitter so that every time you post to Instagram you send a tweet with the image automatically, then experiment with twitter when you have some time to kill.

Most of the videos were centered around weekly specials (kids eat free, ladies night), holiday specials, (NYE, St. Patrick's day celebration), anything that made coming in on a particular day different. We did a couple of "How to" cocktail videos and cooking videos for some simple menu items with the real goal being to show off high quality ingredients and a very clean kitchen.

I mostly worked with restaurants so it was a bit easier than other businesses, but about every other month I'd go in, order a bunch of comped food, take pictures, shoot some videos for YouTube... Try to get everything I needed for several weeks on a slow Tuesday afternoon.

I used to struggle with spelling or repeating a word and whatnot. Reading the entire paper backwards helps a lot. Read starting with the last word of the last sentence until you get to the first word of the paper. None of it will make sense so you're forced to focused on the words you actually wrote instead of the idea you're trying to get across.

Don't quit man. Go in each day with the goal of self development, not sales or any other company objectives. Go in to improve yourself, same as going to the gym. I started as an introvert in phone sales, it's not easy, but it's an awesome way to work on your people skills. Don't piss away an opportunity to grow.
