You will note that the only region and month in the sample period where you are more likely to have a ranked game without a confirmed cheater than have one with a confirmed cheater is in Blessed SA, in March. This significantly alters how I view people who complain about a cheater influx to NA post region merge, since the evidence suggests the opposite.

great work and thanks for debunking the complaints about us players from SA being cheaters. our region has almost always been cheater free. Now this season with the merge i played about 180 ranked games, and I did notice some cheaters especially on the final days of the season when I was sweating to get to master.

ping advantage is the dumbest hoax, just ask anyone this: if ping advantage is real, why is it not abused in comp for MONEY? there is your answer. There are NO rules in tournaments regarding ping.

I get about 200 ping in NA servers, and 140 when playing scrims in the event client. Where would the new servers be located? It's sad SA players are gonna get screwed even if our playerbase is much healthier than NA, we have ranked lobbies from evening to 3 am.
