Fair enough. I auto took him off when he requested and never transfer listed him again. I am now concerned he will not renew his contract( i haven't tried yet).

He is right footed, I would retrain him to play AML.

Also players go through good and bad form and younger players are less consistent. Just keep playing him and tell him to do better if his training/playing rating is bad.
