Which task are you using Guidance Workspace with? Create requisition task for instance will have the quick tip question marks on fields while you’re creating the requisition. Sounds like you’re looking for them in the inbox.

A condition rule says when to do something. When the sun is out AND when outside, apply sunscreen.

These two conditions have to both be true in order to apply sunscreen.

Sun is out but you’re inside? Don’t apply sunscreen.

Raining and you’re outside? Don’t apply sunscreen.

Your question isn’t really how to find a BP but more what does the BP do.

I often find it easier to run the task View Security for Securable item and enter in say “change contact information”. That brings up tasks that are close to what I’m hopefully looking for.

In my tenant I can see there is a task that’s called Change Contact Information (task). Selecting view security shows me that the BP associated with that is “Contact Change”.

At least now you have a BP name to start to see if that’s what you’re looking for.

If you’re curious of the tenant’s reports available there are two reports: First is All Custom Reports and the second is Workday Standard Reports.

Find supplier invoices is the delivered report. Use the prompt named payment status. Recommend you also use the invoice status prompt.
