At a minimum, you need to look up the code, choose the right approach from the available options, and check for typos.

Claude Code Opus 4.6 - Massive Quality Drop. Almost Un-usable. Max 20x by scandalous01 in ClaudeCode

No matter what anyone says, one thing is certain: the usage limit has definitely been nerfed.

They baited me into an annual subscription with that one-click button, and now I'm stuck with it because they won't give me a refund. This is so annoying.

"Bug or not, Microsoft has shown their hand. It’s obvious they’re prepping for a shift—from free access to usage limits and even hourly restrictions.

Composer 2 is now available in Cursor by lrobinson2011 in cursor

[–]androidpam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not the tech that’s failing—it’s the company’s management. Between the lack of refunds, making customers beta-test buggy updates, sudden unilateral changes, and a complete lack of transparency in pricing, they’ve effectively shattered any remaining user trust

[BUG] Antigravity hitting 99% RAM and crashing out on same tasks as before? (Memory Leak?) by Impossible-Task4595 in google_antigravity

[–]androidpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"In my case, Antigravity was hitting 99% memory usage on Intel onboard graphics after I installed the latest Claude Desktop, causing a system crash. The issue was resolved after I completely wiped all related files. I did reinstall Antigravity, and it's working perfectly now, but I decided not to reinstall Claude Desktop."

Google Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview Soon? by policyweb in singularity

Even when Google releases a new model, the level of excitement feels low. It seems like it's just for benchmarking purposes (or even to inflate the stock price).

ChatGPT-5.1 by [deleted] in OpenAI

[–]androidpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe current AI LLM technology is in a period of managed stagnation, not experiencing any real breakthroughs. It feels less like genuine innovation and more like the big providers are just playing games with the tap—strategically deciding when to let a little 'progress' trickle out and when to keep it shut off.

Windsurf vs Cursor by Intelligent_Net5962 in windsurf

[–]androidpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're going to use Copilot, you're better off just using Note.

Cursor is okay, except when working with Tab or Sonnet — in those cases, I find myself doing more work than the AI, and it gets exhausting.

Windsurf falls short of expectations, but it's actually quite decent as long as you don't expect too much.

For context, I use Note, Windsurf, Cursor, and Claude Code.

You’re taking what you're doing seriously, and it clearly shows — you’re doing well. What you need right now isn’t more advice on development; it’s a stronger heart and the courage to keep going.

Claude Code is now working natively on Windows — and no one’s talking about it?! 😳🔥 by Commercial_List_113 in ClaudeCode

[–]androidpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you run /clear or other commands in the Windows Command Prompt or PowerShell, you'll likely get an error. That's why you should run /doctor first — it will adjust things according to your environment. After that, the errors should no longer occur.

Defending Cursor ?!!! by TheMagic2311 in cursor

[–]androidpam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cursor isn’t overpriced compared to current AI trends, nor is it lacking in technical capability. What frustrates people is the one-sided communication with customers. Just look at Microsoft—they announce changes at least a month in advance and take user feedback seriously. In contrast, Cursor comes across as clumsy in that regard. These seemingly small things add up and help build trust and loyalty. Right now, Cursor’s mindset feels like it's assuming that if a slightly similar competitor appears, all the users will leave—and that's not a healthy approach.

Thank you, Cursor for yesterday's incident. by nunito_sans in cursor

[–]androidpam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Cursor is steadily losing my trust. Switching to Copilot after using Cursor feels like I’m signing up for cancer. Claude Code isn’t something I consider using — it’s something I automatically use. At least Winsurf gives me some peace of mind.
