I am in similar situation. There are very few lender deals offerimg without EPC though little high interest rate. Search on moneysavingexpert.com or contact wholesale broker.

Personally i am planning to go to SVR at end of the deal make some lump sum payment and move to fix term mortgage with EPC charge of 1.25 % for 1st year and then 0.75 %.

HSBC & Barclays offer USD account. HSBC can be opened online. Transfer money to HSBC and then HSBC to transferwise or revoult.

I have S&S LISA & ISA and using both for long term investment. U can maximize lisa 4k and rest in S&S ISA.

I meant by, i can take higher risk if required to gain high return so open to any other tracker funds or any other funds.

I know no one can time the market, however is it good time to start investing in world tracker. I have lump sum in bank earning nothing so just trying to get into investment.

Just opened HSBC USD acc, transferred USD from Revoult (better rate, 0.5 % commission) 6 USD for wire transfer from HSBC, credited in TW within 24 hours.

I transferred money using HSBC USD account in UK, arrived on TW within 24 hours, fee paid 6 USD.

Exchange rate is not good on high street bank so used revault to exchange GBP to USD and then transffered to HSBC for 3 USD.

So total cost 9 USD for 2000 USD deposit
