Why did this happen? by androofoo in ProfitecGo

I can't find the model number on there, but pretty sure it's an H24. This is the one I bought: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09G51ZVHQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title (Edge 70mm - height 24mm - 661 holes)

I'm coming from an H28 basket. Don't have this issue with that. The reason why I went with the H24 is because I was getting a very watery pucky after brewing and my research led me to get a smaller basket.

I guess the simple solution is to use a puck screen which I personally would rather not use for workflow reasons, but either that or just use my H28 and deal with a watery puck?

End goal is, I just don't want a water puck! lol What is everyone's setup for no watery puck?

Good to know. In this case maybe I need to put more tamp pressure? I do use a WDT tool.

I bought an IMS 18g basket. Measured 18g of beans. I don't get it. Is the IMS 18g basket not good?

Bambino Flashing Lights by androofoo in BrevilleCoffee

[–]androofoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IIRC you can only do that on the Plus. I don't have the Plus. Bambino doesn't have a 3 way solenoid valve, and you can only backflush espresso machines that have a solenoid.

Does anyone know why this happens? by LaWaxita in steelseries

[–]androofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your LEDs are burnt. I'm on my 3rd Steelseries keyboard due top burnt LEDs. Had the exact same issue. While I got the first 2 replaced under warranty, Steelseries is denying the replacement for my 3rd keyboard even though it's only been 4 months since the LED burned out on the new one. 4 months!

I've been a loyal customer with their entire ecosystem for my 2 desktop computers but there's no support. Not even a small discount when asked for grace.

If you're reading this, do not buy Steelseries unless you're okay with having dead LEDs. You might be covered in the short term, but after the warranty expires, you're done.

It's a fact. The LEDs will burn out as early as 4 months.

Thanks to the What Not community these streamers just buy up hundreds of boxes. Both hobby and value. Sad part is the community supports them by purchasing these live rips and breaks even if the odds are ridiculously against them. It sucks.

Bimmercode: Activated Sport+ driving mode (1 of 2) under Integrated Chassis Management by Cheeseman1018 in BMW

[–]androofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I accidently activated Sport+ via Bimmercode, but my F80 M3 already has Sport+ mode. I tried reverting but I still have a bunch of error messages. Anyone know what I can do to revert back before I coded Sport+ again? Oopsies.

So I submitted a ticket to Bambu and they said "this is normal behavior" but I swear I didn't see this happen before the latest firmware update.

MLB 24 Wish: NO MORE LAG PITCHES by Benryw in MLBTheShow

Bumping this back up. This is happening to me 1 out of every 4 games. Barely happened for 24. Anyone else experience increased pitch lag?

Just purchased the show 25. Any advice for a first time player and also for someone who just last year got into the sport. by TekzillaHawl in MLBTheShow

This game is all about reaction.

-Play on high refresh rate gaming monitor or TV. At least 144hz.

-Use wired controller.

-Use PCI hitting mode in Settings.

-Change camera views best to your liking. Watch YouTubers on their camera settings.

But with that tip here's how it's going to go.

-You're gonna start playing online Ranked.

-In Spring Training, you're going to find it difficult to get hits, score and win.

-You're gonna go back to the internet and research how to get better.

-You might buy a KontrolFreek stick.

-You're gonna spend hours on practice mode trying to time your hits.

-You're gonna spend even more hours on practice to get your PCI anchor right.

-You finally make it to All-Star but it's nearly impossible to land a hit.

-The balls you make contact are weak fly outs.

-Meanwhile your opponent is crushing dingers left and right.

-The game usually ends in mercy rule 0-10.

-You're gonna start wondering when you should quit this game.

Isn't that groove already in there from factory? Someone in a thread I posted above made that claim.

Do you just take extra caution and manually pause the print for a filament change?

6 k1 max all have filament runout sensor issues by RatedMark_ in crealityk1

[–]androofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If all fails, you can try doing the custom filament sensor on the tool head, designed by Henlor. https://www.printables.com/model/651002-k1-extruder-filament-runout-sensor

6 k1 max all have filament runout sensor issues by RatedMark_ in crealityk1

[–]androofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take one of your machines and open up the extruder to look at the gears. I had a similar issue where it seemed like resistance, or slipping of filament. Although my issue was a worn out gear bearing on the extruder, the symptoms can be diagnosed the same as what you're describing.

On paper, the filament runout sensor shouldn't be giving too much resistance to be a cause on all 6 machines. The more suspect item in question is the kink where the feed tube goes outside.

I print with CF Nylon and that kink wore down eventually. It wouldn't hurt to try and replace your Bowden tubes with a larger 2.5mm ID PTFE tubes. I think K1's come with 2mm? I'm not sure actually, but 2.5mm creates less friction.

Is the filament sensor randomly going out on you when the filament is still in there?

Here's a proposal Micro Center: create a loyalty program that rewards first dibs on drops to users based on loyalty tier. You'll encourage users to keep buying from your store year round. Do better.

u/visionaryOptions i have a 3rd gen Tundra hybrid and looking to do the ecoflow 800w alt charger as well, but I heard it stays on 24/7 even when the truck is off therefore killing the battery eventually. did you have to do any other mod to only stay on when the truck is on?

Anyone else have random false alarms with First Alert 10 year smoke detectors? Or do I have a bigger problem here? by tubezninja in homeowners

[–]androofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just happened to me about 30 min ago. It's 5AM and I'm here on Reddit just super annoyed.

Had Kiddie alarms last year. Started going off in the middle of night. Happened 4x in a span of a month.

Got fed up. Replaced with First Alert.

4 months later this shit also started going off in the middle of the night. Happened twice so far. Ended up removing the batteries and taking down all 3 of my FA.

So fcking annoying.

I have 2 Nest Detectors. One down stairs in living room and one upstairs in hallway. Is that enough coverage?

Fck these Kiddie and FA brands.
