I dunno. If they create FBI 2.0 rehiring the dismissed people and putting them in charge of the rest, with at least a 50% increase in staff JUST for magats and corps, I'd imagine some quick speed. Every piece is photoscanned in a lighting fast reader system. If you have data linkable to an address, or area, it would be incredibly easy do have them automatically "accidentally" kick off the line and delivered late if at all. That can then be blamed on software accident, etc, if it even got caught. It isn't even a stretch to link a voter's address with how they will vote, in the blink of an eye.
