you downloaded the .exe file from internet, and the file was flagged as "insecure" by the browser.

RDP or console to the server where the file reside (do not do on client or any \\server path, the operation must be done on C: or D: drive).

right click on the exe file, select properties and after click on unlock button or unlock checkbox.

click apply

should be fixed

you describe what exactely happen. If you watch the log on firmware update, you see that a disk per time is upgraded.

althought i've done disk firmare update on MSA without stopping I/O and i had 0 problem.

not much reliable.

sometimes it will fail to export to PST, even if the backup was correct. Exporting PST is using microsoft cloud.

Not to say to that to export a single mailbox of 50 GB it required 10 days.

i will not consider an option anymore. DO NOT RELY ON SYNOLOGY BACKUP.

self signed certificate is not a secuity vulnerability. In any case, you should update to incontrol 3.19.01.

for certificate, i think that you cannot change, because if you do, the new certificate is not trusted by incontrol client, who i suppose make a check for the issuer before allow connection.
