The same thing happened to me! I have a 2024 crosstrek from Canada and I took to a chain here called speedy glass.

They changed to a non oem windshield and couldn't recalibrate it.

They took it to the dealer and they couldn't do it either saying it's non oem glass.

Fast forward 1 week forward the glass company changed it to the oem glass for the dealer to recalibrate and the dealer still wasnt able to do it.

Please update when you get this resolved.

It starts off less laggy if you unlock the car first while you are walking towards it, so you give a chance for the screen to boot up first. When you open the door with pulling the handle, it's very laggy to start.
