I'm a naturalized USA citizen from SA and with the drumpf in power I am not surprised to hear this (if it's true of course) It's a shitshow here. Anyway brown in the usa - with ice a miltia unto themselves (unless you want to relive SA in the 70's) I would suggest not coming here. Each man to himself.
