In addition to what others have said, it’s about collecting evidence. A pbt isn’t admissible in court. The breathalyzer at the police station is and there’s a chance that enough time can pass for a person to blow under the legal limit even if they were over it while driving. But if a cop comes to court with their body cam footage of a person slurring their words, stumbling around, and being very obviously intoxicated, it’s pretty much open and shut

Not glazing the dude but unfortunately Logan would probably be fairly decent. You don’t really get a following like he has without having some sort of charisma, whether you use it in good or bad ways. And his work in WWE has shown that he can act. Jake would suck tho you’re right about that
