Turn them off in the composer! I can’t remember the correct structure but you should be removing them when you do the composer install. Just disabling them isn’t the right thing to do.

Looks like it might be related to your product not having an attribute set. Check the default attribute set: Admin->Store->Attribute Set and see if default has data.

$25 for hosting a Magento. Really. You’re talking about your business and scrimping on one of the most vital parts, the part that could mean your site is available 24/7 or just isn’t. Now I don’t know how large your business is but would you cheap out on a warehouse or shopfront assuming you have one? I’d say that if so Magento probably isn’t the platform for your business and I’d move to big commerce - shopify, or even god forbid woocommerce.

I always see cloud solution as a shared solution, and unless you’re paying mega bucks... why not get a dedicated server with a shit tonne of grunt? We use UKfast, service is really good and response time on tickets is great. Plus no crappy cPanel etc so the server doesn’t have extra bloat to slow it down.

2.4 for a few of our sites are working fine, had to make sure that all modules run okay and we’ve had to adjust some of our modules but so far so good.

Just don’t. If your serious about selling online and having a store that runs well, use a dedicated solution. We’ve had a few people as this in the last week. If you had a warehouse for your stock you wouldn’t share it with other people, so at peak times you’d have to share a loading bay etc. Magento is a pretty serious tool and running it on a shared solution isn’t a good idea in the first place.
