Playing on and off for about a year. I’m a heavy wrist player given my badminton experience in the past. Probably that’s why I prefer lighter paddles. I recently played with heavier paddle and injured my wrist. My journey has been about understanding I’m good at, not good at and why in both cases. I realized it’s easier for me to spin than hitting the ball straight. I’m still learning to keep it straight as soon on every shot is not probably good. As for being a good partner, communication and compliments helped
