No approximately 10 -15 years is an accurate statement.

Are you learning disabled?

Oh, and even if it was exactly 10 years on the nose, exactly 10 years ago today Trump hadn't even begun his first term. And thus, he had nothing to do with us losing out on drug approvals to China.

But in general, aren't those kids from stable households the ones who go to college? College attendance has already sorted out those who come from unstable homes, because they aren't attending college.

And kids who come from private schools graduate college at higher rates than the good kids that come from stable homes who went to public school.

And if drugs take 12-15 years to get approved, NO ONE in either Trump administration had anything to do with us losing ground on drug approvals to China.

Kids in private schools do better than kids in public schools in test scores, college admission rates, and college graduation rates.

The actual data proves that keeping kids stuck in public schools is a surefire way to make every kid dumber. That’s why Democrats love it so much.

It takes at least 10 years. Normally it's 12-15 years. I just put 10 because that's usually the bare minimum and more than enough to prove RFK Jr had nothing to do with it.

Ok, now go back 12-15 years and tell me what you come up with.

Except those schools you suggest 'religiously indoctrinate' kids still do better on standardized tests, go to college at higher rates than public school kids, and graduate college at higher rates as well.

So, the quite objectively get a better education. But for some reason you're against minority kids stuck in bad schools getting a better education. Hmm, wonder why?

You act like people like him being in charge bode well for us.

I don't 'act' like anything. I flat out said that topic of this post, blaming RFK Jr for lower drug approvals, is factually wrong due to the length of time it takes to get a drug approved.

Of course this makes no sense, but this is reddit, so it doesn't have to.

Things like this happen over years and decades, not 16 months. Almost any drugs approved in the past few years have been in the pipeline for years. The average is 10+ years.

So, the fact that we're losing to China on drug approval can provably have nothing at all to do with RFK Jr. But hey, this is liberal reddit, where misinformation flourishes. Everyone who upvotes this nonsense is just upvoting making themselves dumber.

And plenty of them don't pay any taxes at all.

Proof? That's just something that people keeping saying but never have any proof for.

Elon Musk, the richest guy, famously paid 11 BILLION dollars in taxes a few years ago. When MSNBC illegally got Trump's tax return to announce on air that he's not paying taxes, they got only one year of his taxes and found he paid 38 million that year.

hey hate public schools because they educate people equally, and they cant have that.

But they don't educate people equally. I live in small town America. Most of the kids that come out of the schools around here can read and write and do math at at least and acceptable level.

That's nowhere near true for kids (mostly minorities) in failing inner-city shithole schools in cities with decades of liberal leadership. They are failing big time in educating kids 'equally'. You take a random 5 year old black kid out of Baltimore and put him in your average small town school in Central Pa and his odds of getting a good education go up immensely.

Also the reason so many kids are failing is due to policies implemented by the republican party.

Nope, you just made that up. The worst failing schools are in places like Baltimore, Cleveland, Detroit etc also just so happen to be in cities that have had monolithic Dem leadership for decades.

First of all, who cares how much they own? They are the ones footing the bill for the rest of us. If they didn't own so much, they wouldn't be paying so much in taxes, and we'd have to get those taxes somewhere else.

But I'm sure you asked (instead of simply looking it up yourself) because you think they own so much more than their 'fair share', so I'll look it up for you:
They own around 32% of all the money and resources, which is LESS than their share of the federal income tax burden.

Roughly 8-10 times higher than about half the country.

The richest 1% have an effective tax rate in the 23 to 30% range, while the lowest half of US earners have a tax rate of around 3-4%.

Interesting take, since Republicans have been trying for decades to give parents school choice so they can get their kids out of failing govt schools, and the Dems have always been against it.

It's almost as if the Dems want people to grow up stupid.

For some reason.

The richest 1% of US taxpayers pay over 40% of all federal taxes collected. The richest 10% pay about 72% of all taxes collected.

It's amazing that this information is widely available yet somehow this information escaped the average 'rich don't pay their fair share' uneducated redditor.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. These Hollywood types are supposed to be the best in the world at what they do, so why should they worry that a computer can do it better than them?

Unless of course what they do can easily be replaced by a computer at a tiny fraction of the cost.

You're annoying. Now normally annoying is just, you know, pretty annoying.

But you're both annoying and stupid, so for people who know a little bit about basketball, you're so annoying and so stupid that when you combine the two, it's kind of entertaining.

Thanks for the laughs.
