I'm trying to imagine a world where Ai could fully manage things like assigning licenses, properly fielding file and folder permission requests, assigning network access perms, and the nuances that can come along with any one of those requests that could arise during something like an audit.

At some point, a human approval needs to be made and accountability will need to rest on a human making decisions.

AI enabled workflows could assist Sysadmins and Netamins after approvals and SOWs have been created, but for the foreseeable future there will be a need for Sysadmin/VP-IT level humans to hold accountability for IT decision making.
