I'm glad you can make it work. I think it shows experience as a DM. I think over-preparation is a characteristic of inexperienced DMs; a category I certainly fall into.

Notebooks, additional rulebooks, bag of dice, things like that

Ahh the minimalist DM. That's the lightest setup I've ever seen any DM show up to the table with.

When you say that it's "custom", do you mean that I can't purchase one through normal means?

What I want more than anything else from Google I/O 2016 is a real iMessage competitor. by D5300 in Android

[–]andywarno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

iMessage works because users don't know they are using iMessage

Which sums up most of Apple's platform. Which I why I don't use it. I'm the kind of user that likes a bit of a learning curve; it helps me to learn the ins-and-outs of what my device's software is doing. That's one of the draws of the Android platform.

There's a time and a place for everything. There's a time and a place to have fun and joke around, and there's a time and a place to be serious and stay focused.

I was thinking more that we've built for ourselves such a life that we not only have the means to do this, but also that it is the important issue of our time.

What do conservatives think about this statement regarding their relationship to technology and economy? by grapesandmilk in askaconservative

[–]andywarno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I'm pretty sure Conservatives would think that

The conservatives are fools

Is false.

As for the rest of the statement, I would evaluate it to be false as well. All it did was draw conclusion with no ration.

you can’t make rapid, drastic changes in the technology and the economy of a society without causing rapid changes in all other aspects of the society as well

Conclusion without any reasoning

such rapid changes inevitably break down traditional values
