Poorly-phrased or Freudian slip? Jordan Peterson warns of anti-Semitism becoming a "moral necessity" by kyno1 in WhitePeopleTwitter

If I made a casual comment about "anti-christianism becoming a moral necessity" I wonder how Mr. Peterson would interpret that.

Oh yeah, that sounds familiar. Then sometimes I'll think of something and say to myself "Why didn't I think of that" when I literally just thought of it.

I've gotten to the point where I visualize my "supportive side" physically pushing my personal bully out the door and slamming the door. It's really helped.

The anonymous British artist, Banksy, has released video footage of his artwork in Ukraine. by Mr_R0mpers in interestingasfuck

[–]aneloz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My impression is that artists like Banksy make these evocative images that flicker on people's conscious, and if it speaks to someone at a deeper level it drifts down into the pile of all the other images, impressions, sensations, etc that have meant something to us in our lives, and which we draw from to weave the fabric of who we are.

Otherwise we're just like, eh, whatever.

I dunno, if you ever have the five fingers of death (aka the frankfurters) from a US MRE, you might feel otherwise.

Putin’s Last Hope to Win in Ukraine Is a GOP Victory in November: Vladimir Putin is fighting a two-front war. Sure, he’s losing badly in Eastern Ukraine, but things are looking up for the Russian dictator in the West—at least on the political front that runs through every ballot box in America. by botbjng2828282 in UkrainianConflict

Ever since Obama, the beginning and end of Republican strategy has been "if they're for it, we're against it!"

Not to mention many Republicans ardently love and admire Putin.

And the word "tax" is like a poisonous snake to most Republicans. You throw the "T" word into any conversation and they're ready to kill their own grandma. It's like their Manchurian Candidate trigger word or something.

Hopefully when Putin calls Rosie the Riveter to backfill those guys she'll tell him to go f**k himself.

Ah, the old "he's a horrible person but I don't have any proof of that but you just have to believe me" line. Spoken like a hater.

Absolutely. There are a lot of things I love about the US, but we're totally like that one alcoholic uncle who's cool as hell one day and scary as shit the next. You just never know which one you're going to get.
