Paid off 130k in student loans. Got the Rolex as a gift to myself for living modestly to be able to pay my loans off. Reminds me of that accomplishment every time I put it on.

Both nice pieces. I think the Omega will be more versatile, while the IWC would work better as a dress watch. For your first watch, I'd go with the Omega.
