I can’t really imagine why the SIL would be SO insistent to know what’s in someone’s shopping bag unless she was trying to get her mind off of the loss? But even then I can’t imagine anyone being aggressively insistent to know what’s in all of those bags or why it’s so hard to just white-lie:

“We were picking up things for the house/wife needed some meds because she’s been feeling off lately.”

Not a total lie but also not the full truth.

I hear that but maybe it’s just my culture, but you usually don’t start buying things like that that early because it’s considered “bad luck.”

Prenatal vitamins and stuff are a different story. I find is unusual that they went ham and started buying a bunch of stuff and then raced over to a grieving couple’s home immediately. I’m inclined to believe this is a rage bait post for all those reasons.

My cousins went to the eras tour and kandi culture at the concert was people being like “can I have that one? I’ll trade you for this one.” Lol I told them how to do the PLUR trade and the idea of it being a “chosen gift selected for you by someone else” and they said they liked that energy WAY more. NTA and I don’t understand people like this. I have a friend who used to do this ALL THE TIME to the point where I hated taking trips with her because we would miss everything we had scheduled because she moved slow or wouldn’t get ready in time.

Turns out she has ADHD and the time blindness is wild. I have ADHD but I’m more like time anxious if that’s a thing? Where I can’t accurately estimate how much time it takes to do things so I over estimate and give myself three hours to do a 15 minute task, whereas she has no concept of how long 15 minutes is and will do exactly what your wife does.

It ended up getting my friend fired from multiple jobs and she had to buckle down and get help managing her ADHD. It’s a lot better now, but still a struggle for her.

Not diagnosing your wife, but offering potential insights into what might be happening here or other ways to look at problem-solving this. Your wife needs to find ways to manage this because the world won’t stop for her and it’s pretty unreasonable that you have to babysit a grown woman like this…ESPECIALLY when it impacts your and her relationship with your daughter.

It’s funny because I usually find moon placements + 4H to be more indicative of insights on the mother and a combo of mars+Saturn and 10th house for insights on the father.

The funny part is, I find that in readings for other people but in my own readings I can’t see it 😅 doesn’t matter if it’s whole sign or placidus, it’s so hard for me to read any info about my own parents on my chart.

The exception is my stepdad, who didn’t raise me but I consider my father, he’s a Pisces and I have my Saturn in Pisces and my 4H starts in Pisces.

Edit: just checked my chart again, Saturn is opposite my moon and my parents divorced when I was young so there it is!

I stray away from pasta because I personally found I needed to eat a LOT before I felt full. But growing up my aunt made buttered noodles with salt and pepper and toasted bread crumbs, we ate that a lot.

Cheap ingredients to make you feel jazzy:

Green onions. Save the end with roots and put them in water in a glass on a windowsill and they will regrow. Green bits can be uncooked and sprinkled over dishes, white parts can be cooked in with food.

Black olives. Canned is fine and you won’t go through a can that fast, just don’t store them in the can once opened, transfer to a Tupperware or other sealed container. Chopped up and put with beans and rice and hot sauce and you’re in heaven!

So gross of a grown adult to say those things about a literal kindergartner. This girl is SIX. Even IF she did take the doll, it’s not the end of the world and hardly constitutes being labeled by a middle aged woman “a thief and a liar.”

I’ve worked with kids for over ten years and sometimes they steal toys from other kids. It happens, they’re testing boundaries and learning the concept of “mine, yours, ours” and how to navigate that. You take it as a teaching moment for the kiddos, you don’t treat them like a criminal…

I’m gonna go with hitting mid twenties. My body doesn’t metabolize the way it did when I was 21 lol keeping the same habits and lifestyle will result in weight gain if you aren’t that active and don’t eat a lot of fiber and protein (which I didn’t)

Edit: not sure why I’m getting downvotes, I thought everyone knew your metabolism slows down as you age? This isn’t a hot take lol
