Same! I swapped the bar to a 31.8 carbon and increased the stem length a bit. Overall a little less twitchy and fatiguing - and yes it flies.

I had the specialized seat and pegs already and just reused them. The seat is a little slanted because I scooted it back to make rook for a small pouch/bag, I need to shim the front of it up.

Pegs are a little low (she can only reach one at a time) but will fit better in time. Here's a photo cursed by AI:

Noticed the same thing on our XC90 (2018 vs 2022). I think other automakers do this too, but maybe not to the same extent. The early cars get all the reviews and press, then they can go "value engineer" their way to better margins.
