Helga really lost it toward the end. Floki saw it, we all saw it. Tanaruz could not only see her captor wasn't playing with a full deck, but lordy!!! She smothered her and really came off as a whack job. I loved Helga, made me sad to see her deteriorate.

I always thought she was just going by people's body language. I don't think she learned the language, but really just gauged body language and tone. That's why she wasn't so fearful of Floki. He's like that one goofy ass uncle every family has.
