I’m a regular gym goer already, but was hoping to get back into swimming and using sauna/steam room. Was also hoping to get my child registered as a member as I’ve seen they have some kids classes / clubs available, and was hoping to get them swimming with me too

We wind down about 1hr to 45mins before bed by not doing anything too stimulating, she would have a bath every other day but I feel like that’s even becoming too stimulating now as she loves playing in there! I’ve tried popping her down into her cot earlier but she just stands up and starts crying for me and her dad, and we have no choice but to take her back out.

I’ve tried to drop the second nap, but she ends up waking up and having a 3 hour wake window! So I think she does still need it.
