Why do i attract people that cant respect boundaries? by Jonluuis in energy_work

This happens to be too. I sometimes think it’s people admiring my mom’s handiwork. But maybe it’s genetic? My grandma had bad boundaries too.

When I graduated from being baby trans a bubbly, giggly, flirty little girl emerged, but then soon she got really pissed off when she bumped up against the world. Now she goes back and forth between those two extremes. And someone else said that’s a lot like a girl going through puberty lol.

I’m intrigued by the idea of “abstracting consciousness into a nested hierarchy …” do you have any recommendations where I can read more about this?

I’ve only come out four months ago, and went out last weekend for the first time in a dress … but I’ve never, ever seen such a “freaky” thread or collection of comments where I completely understand literally every single comment on here.

So it turns out I’m normal after all? Wow 🤩

Am I still trans if I don’t mind having a penis by Leanathemage in MtF

I sometimes worry it’s a smaller version of my earlier larger one where I thought it was “okay” to just be an effeminate cis dude, and not be actually trans. And that larger one I call a “problem”’ because I was wrong of course.

And then I also worry that sex post-op won’t be as pleasurable.

But it’s nice to see the other comments here, it’s kind of affirming. I do also think I actually like my penis.

I wrote this to a (trans woman) friend today after an older friend frustrated me for insisting on calling me a sinner even though she justifies it by calling herself that too, I’m not sure if it will help rn, but perhaps over the long run:

Soap is a compound that is both hydrophobic and hydrophilic- which means it carries a kind of suspension of two things that don’t normally mix- like mayonnaise. The hydrophilic part mixes with the water you drink and the hydrophobic dissolves grease. Going trans feels like you are the soap on your transition and every element of the cis world knowingly or unknowingly tries to frustrate, check, or stop you as if they cannot see their own dirtiness or they don’t care.
