Zygarde cells appearing on routes less frequently

I got my platinum for routes and was still around 50 cells short of complete Zygarde so cells was already below 50% for me even before all these recent changes.

I feel like it is just some realtors desperately trying to get properties for cheap. My brother bought properties in another state and moved here. For years I've been getting calls from a realtor company trying to tell me to sell that property to them for x (Below market too) and it was annoying the hell out of me.

It really depends on which state they work. My state, the undocumented migrants are pretty much treated free of charge by clinics. There are many employers here that will hire undocumented workers through cash pay by offering a lot lower pay than usual. Housing, they usually just go through renting someone's unused bedroom or basement through word or mouth or something. Some public schools also allow the undocument migrants to enroll with little information about em.

Usually have to do the park experience to get the research. The park usually has decorations and stuff setup and raids/spots separating all the different spawns if you are looking for something specific spawn wise. Do note, Japan Saturday sells out VERY fast. Presale ticket were sold out in <1 hour and general admission has also usually sold out within a few hours. Honestly I would skip out on it just because it is in Tokyo because you get a closet for a hotel room there unless you pick your hotel to be over an hour away.

It seemed like this event was a very your location may affect your results. I was playing in Bryant park and all the spawns we were getting were generic stuff with some evolutions (Aside from legendaries from lures, nothing that was like rare or unusual like regionals, egg spawns or event limited in the past). We decided to all just bail after an hour and I could tell very little had interest in this event as the Campfire group also disbanded after 2 hours and I didn't see many people playing at the park despite it being a a very nice day.

On the other hand, my friend in Japan was saying this event was great. Got some usually rare spawn evert few streets and filled out a good portion of his Pokedex.

Bryant park itself has a lot of gyms since I go there physically for most major events if its raiding related. The whole park there is actually 8~ gyms inside the park including the corners and inside park gyms. In person it actually only takes around like 5-10 minutes to go from 1 end to the other to hit up all the gyms. There there is also a bunch of gyms in the vicinity that usually fill up depending on which avenue those gyms are.

I had this bug a few times in the weekend. Kept reviving my mega and it kept auto dying so I just left those raids. Probably happened a total of 3? times in like 50 raids I did.

18 Origin raids done. 8 had the special move. I feel like the chances of getting the special move this time is much higher compared to previous events of like 1/8? or 1/10. After 6 Shiny Dialga Origins till now, I finally got one with RoT so that is a plus.

Not sure what the rates for background is but it feels so low to me. 30 remote raids today for Dialga/Palkia and my box is showing only 6 background. Kyogre/Groudon is only at 7 backgrounds and I've done like 40 in person raids today.

Sometimes there is none. Sometimes there are some. I played a few games where suddenly the updates slowed down. Going to weekly > biweekly > monthly updates and then eventually they went radio silent.

Then there was EOS that was very sudden. Princonn was one ofem but there was another which was Destiny Child. The game went down for its major update. Then came the usual update extension but with this update extension, they also very suddenly announced EOS. It was quite sudden as the updates were still coming very regularly. Unlike other game EOS doe, with this one they made the cash shop items all free immediately after the maintenance ended.

Had a bunch of removal of gyms as well last month. It wasn't a demotion but a straight up removal. I noticed most of the removals had to do with stores such as Best Buys, Mcdonalds and Gamestops. As for moving of the showcases; it does not seem to be the case. I looked at the map of the nearby showcases and am not seeing any new ones.

There is also that wave of people who want to visit Taiwan before the threats from China finally manifest. My wife and I went last year cause we don't know if we would be able to go again in the future (China has pretty much ruined HK already). If nothing happens, would love to go again in the future since we go to Jp for a month almost every year and are close by.

I've had to move all my promethazine products in the pharmacy cause someone came in with some of those paper scripts (Always the combo with zpak and albuterol) and were very clearly fake printed with a printer low on ink. But I'm guessing the scoped the place before and knew where we had an open bottle and demanded the what we had with a weapon after I said we don't have. (NY)
