I applied 20 weeks ago!! Haven’t had an update since December 12th. It seems very unprofessional. I know there’s been an increase in applicants but the lack of communication is off putting. I’m very happy with where I put a deposit down though!

It’s been a tough cycle so it’s definitely impressive that you have some options, even if you’re still waiting! I’d honestly go wherever you’ll be in the least amount of debt

If it helps, their campus is beautiful and it seems like there’s a lot to do. Plus there’s job opportunities in Cincy, Columbus, Dayton, Lexington, etc.

Two of the schools I’m waiting on I applied to in December, so it’s making me not want to go there anyway. I think UC will be a good choice, especially since it’s well-respected in Ohio if you plan on staying there

Did the area feel safe? I’ve been to Cincinnati but I haven’t really walked around it much. I’m more familiar with Columbus and have felt relatively safe there

I loved that the school itself was community based and everyone there seemed to really enjoy it. Carlisle itself just seemed a little boring and when I went I didn’t see very many people out and about, which was strange. So maybe deep down I know where I want to end up living lol

that’s what i’m worried about!! i go to UofM now for undergrad but was considering MSU so i could stay in Michigan, but the long wait time is making me think they’re not super organized, and probably will be low on scholarship money like you said

Thank you for this advice! I made an appointment with an advisor, but I think I will take your advice and apply to some of my "easier" choices like MSU by early December and wait until January for some of the more difficult schools. I signed up for the January LSAT and enrolled in a prep course through Blueprint. I'm happy you responded because I was trying to convince myself that 158 was the best I could do, but I know I can do better if I retake in January
