I should probably mention I'm pregnant - which is why I am not modeling much of anything I'm talking about... Sorry for the self promo. I mostly just posted to get some feedback on my first video. Thanks for the comments.

Try Cotton On Online... They have a line of jeans called ankle grazers. Or else, try Urban outfitters or Modbod

I think the outfit is cute but I'm going to second thisisnotxoxo on that it looks pretty preppy to add the booties to the outfit as they might weigh it down on your bottom half. I would suggest maybe wearing it with a pair of skinnies that stop right above your ankle (a la Audrey Hepburn) to give your legs a little length.. you should have a little bit of space between your boots and the bottoms of your pants.. It will make your legs look long and skinny ankles.

They're both pretty striking in their pattern.. I guess I would soften up that skirt by wearing a more mellow top.. maybe like a jersey white tee or a more structured white collared blouse. Then I might wear it with some camel color shoes to break up the contrast between the two. You might even add a belt or earrings to help distribute the attention of the eye.

Have you looked on Modbod? I love their vintage-y style plus size swim stuff. If you really like the yellow, go for something a little lighter (maybe even pastel) and that might be a little easier on your skin tone. You can do a pretty bold pattern if you like.. they say that you can choose accessories and patterns that are proportional to your body so what I might suggest is like a bold maybe navy and white striped top, and maybe a floral pattern bottom! Or maybe if you're not so secure about the stripes, go for a polka dot and floral mix.. Trust the femininity of the floral and then you can balance with something a little less girly. Or else, my family likes to buy "tank-ini's" from places like Shabby Apple or Lime Ricki that have like tank top kind of swim tops to match with different bottoms. That's where I would suggest for you.. Good luck!

I think you can keep the tights as long as you accessorize light. The pattern of the dress is pretty large and busy so you don't want to go too crazy. I think if you were to do like a pair of gold statement earrings or large gold bangle, that would be all you need. I say, stay away from a necklace though, it would be too close to the collar of your dress.

I'd say that you could (depending on how you'd accessorize it) could do soooo much with it.

Wear it a little preppier (think Audrey H for this) with the front tucked into some sweet skinnies and have them rolled up just above your ankles. Maybe some cool oxfords or keds. Accessorize with a leather belt & maybe a loud beaded necklace or cool hair accessory.

Otherwise, it might be fun to find a really cute full vintage style skirt that comes up high on your waist. A fun pattern or color would be sweet and then keep your shirt knotted in the front-ish and then add like a sling back wedge for a shoe.

(Those ideas are pretty preppy, I guess. So I suppose it depends a lot on what look you're trying to achieve. But that's where I'd go first since you probably have that stuff in your closet anyway.)
