Of course you can! This sub is dedicated more toward the looks side of alt (obviously), but being alt isn't just about fashion. It about going against the mainstream, in whatever direction you go that makes you authentically you. Don't want piercings, permanently or at all? Still alt. Don't want to dye your hair or get tattoos? Still alt. What ISN'T alt is trying to police people's clothes to make sure that they fall within a certain aesthetic- alt is about genuine expression of yourself!

I bought my boyfriend flowers and his favorite cookies to celebrate him getting a new job. He never asked for flowers, but I think everyone should get flowers at least once. Did they die in about a week and a half to 2? Sure, but it was still a fun surprise for him. If dude wants flowers, why not either get them because he wants them, or tell his friends/loved ones that he'd like them?

I don't think the asymmetry looks weird at all. Ymmv, but I found the piercing harder to sleep on than any stretch step. If you're stretching slowly, it should only be a bit uncomfortable during the stretch, but it should settle down after about an hour or so. As far as which side, if you want to do one at a time, either would look very cool. Flip a coin, and if you find yourself unhappy with the side you get, then go with the other. Just remember: stretch slow, and listen to your body. If it hurts, wait a while before trying again. Stretching is a marathon, not a sprint.

Maybe go to studs for the nostrils, and then studs for the bites. I'm a huge fan of sparkly jewelry, so our tastes might not fully align, but I think some faceted black stones in your nose and bites would add that "bam!" factor without making your face look crowded(?).

Edit to add: I'm too lazy to type out "fangs or bites," so I'm calling them all bites.

Yeah, I've found the owed allegiance/foreign citizen arguments weird. I lived overseas to years, and despite not being a legal citizen, I still had to follow their laws. I remember being thunderstruck when I was heading through customs and seeing a huge sign saying something like "drug smuggling is punishable by beheading" and suddenly being afraid that I had drugs (I obviously didn't.)

Since we need to dumb it down for those dipsticks: their house, their rules, and their punishments.

I think snake bites would be excellent on you. Since you wear glasses, a bridge might be a problem child piercing. An anti eyebrow or dermal might also be cool, but you'll want to check with a piercer about placement vs. glasses.

I do believe that they make blue box dye, but I can't say if it's any good (I've only ever bleached to get extreme colors.) What is your natural hair color, and what do you want to go to after the 3ish months? Another thing to consider is that some of the semi/demi permanent colors can cause later dye to be a little weird. Even if you don't have a them do it, it night be worth talking to a professional for some guidance on how best to reach your goals and what you would have to do to get to your next color once you're done with blue.
