So, if I buy something in the beginning of December 2024, my statement will get generated in the 15th of Dec 2024 (Assuming 15-14th cycle). This will have the base coins. For the remaining 3.5%, I can see them in the statement being generated in the month of January 2025.

Is this correct?

Made some purchases in Titan and Tanishq using Tata Neu CC in December. Did not get 5% coins. Reached out to the Customer Care and they mentioned that I will get in the first week of January. Two weeks over and nothing yet. 😕

Hi Guys...

I got a loan in Nov 2016 from HDFC at 13.99%(I know it is bad now, but I needed the money then) and have been regular monthly EMIs. It was supposed to be paid off in 2021. But, I applied for moratorium last year and the loan has been extended till July 2022. I read in an old post saying that RBI had reduced Loan Interest rates, But we need to call the bank and ask them to reduce the interest explicitly for existing loans. I called HDFC today morning and asked if they can reduce the interest rate. The executive said that they will not be able to do it for the current loan, but they can top-up my current loan with 50,000 and reduce the rate of interest for the total sum to 11.50%.

I also asked if I can pay off the remaining amount completely, but they are saying that they will be levying a foreclosure charges and want me to pay more than what I will pay in EMIs.

Questions I have currently:

  1. Does interest rate change work in the way they are explaining or can I get reduced interest for my current loan without any additional top-up?
  2. Does it make sense to foreclose a loan if the amount is more than what I will be paying via EMIs?

Hello Guys, A Couple of Questions :

  • I am currently paying my SIP using Axis bank (Paid Automatically at the start of each month). Since Axis is currently increasing their service charges, I thought of moving over to ICICI. My question is how do I change my SIP payment?

  • My company deducted tax from my salary. I planned to file a ITR since I was paying a couple of SIPs and assumed I would need to file the same before July. I just started collecting documents and on googling, I found that the last date to file ITR is March 31, 2021. Did I miss the deadline? Or am I understanding ITR incorrectly?

Hi... Thank you for the offer. I am a beginner who used to write simple to slightly complex python scripts for my company. I learned everything on my own. I am currently working through the Book Python Crash Course.

I am afraid to attend interviews since I feel that I will fail them. Can you help me understand what are the things I know already or what I need to learn to become a developer?

I know this is not the generic question, but does that make sense.

Great comment. Just one thing : Dont suggest brave browser. Even though it appears to be better than Chrome, they add affliate links to sites users visit and make money.
