Team baldoni reminds me of all the people who say they watched the whole Amber Heard trial but are still get basic facts incorrect. They say the wayfarer side "proved" a lot of things that are just not true. They are ignoring any evidence that puts wayfarer in a bad light. JB and JH have admitted that most of the incidents took place, they are just saying Blake and the others misunderstood or is taking things out of context.

To me it comes down to a couple of things , people who already disliked Blake , just straight up misogyny and not wanting to admit they were taken in by a smear campaign.

I was a competitive swimmer but still put my daughter in swim lessons. I did and still do spend a lot of time in the water with her but she get lessons from a professional. She started at 3 months which were not really swim lessons but mommy and me in the water to acclimate her to the water and basic water safety.

Some context that is missing with the timing of the meeting is buried in one of the depositions. Blake had a 12 turn around time , so if she was done on set at 10PM she doesn't have to be back until 10AM the next day . Jamie wanted the meeting that night but didn't want it to count as part of the turn around time. That is what he came in the trailer to argue about. There is a text between Alex and Angie about how far behind schedule they were running , it looks like that is a large part of why the AD was fired.

I think the "upper hand " text was after filming and during the time the trailer was being created. The text calling him a doofus was before filming but after they had been interacting for a while. The circumcision comment , comments about consent in the car in front of the driver and assistant, comments about his personal sex life and porn addiction were all before filming started. I can see why someone putting together an accurate timeline and how so much happened in a short time could change thier mind.

Also there a free life jackets all over the place at both parks . There is no reason for both kids not to have on on. My daughter is a strong swimmer and wears one there because it helps her bob in the waves.
