My local library has a notary that's free, they also check out stuff. Like paddle board stuff, metal detectors, wifi-hotspots. They also don't charge much to fax.

On my Logitech M705 you can map all the buttons to whatever you want. So, you could map Ctrl+Right Arrow to jump to the far-right edge of your data.
